  • You have used less than 10% of your monthly credits
  • You experienced significant technical issues preventing usage

2.2 Recurring Subscriptions

For existing subscribers, refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges. However, exceptions may be considered for:

  • Unauthorized charges
  • Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
  • Failure to deliver the service as described

3. Credit Refunds

Credits purchased separately from subscriptions are non-refundable once added to your account.

  • Creator ($9.99/month): Subject to refund policy
  • Professional ($29.99/month): Subject to refund policy
