4. Subscription and Credits

We offer tiered subscription plans:

• Free: 5 credits/month, 512px resolution
• Creator: $9.99/month, 100 credits, 768px resolution
• Professional: $29.99/month, 500 credits, 1024px resolution

Credits are automatically renewed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others
• Distribute malware or interfere with our services

6. Generated Content

You retain rights to images you generate. However, we maintain a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated images for service improvement and promotional purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice.
